New quality of customer service

Using CRMdesk we as a consulting company for the last year have accomplished more success than we have done for the prior 3 years! I have created a centralized customer system which helped to increase contract renewals immensely. Beyond the wildest expectations I'd say.

As I've started looking for a helpdesk it was quite an experience!! Ordering a CRMdesk trial I had no idea of how it would change my business. The first thing that pleasantly impressed me was an easy to use interface. The best experience with CRMdesk that still excites me is the feeling you constantly keep control of what's going on and know, that all the concerns of your customers are taken into consideration.

Prior issues were to have everything at one place, generate statistical reports (I like it to be presented in charts) and secure an extremely professional customer service.

Just wanted to thank you, guys! Good job!
