If you have 400 or more employees then you should always have at minimum staffed "16" Anything less would mean a high turnover rate plus burned out employees. I once took 500 calls in one month because our staff was below 12 and we have a total of 4,000 employees at our company. SHAME ON YOU!! You know who you are! For lets say a law firm of 300 or less then you can get by with 6-7 but you will need 10 on the months everyone is back from vacation.
