What's your experience with the tool and the vendor ?

Have used IM for about a year now. Works well.

Very customizable. Upgrading to the ITIL version this week.

Support is excellent and very responsive. We are doing about 2000 requests a month, 50 resources using the tool. OVer 1200 contacts in the system.
