We are trying to customise Royalblue helpdesk v 5.1.2 running against a SQL7 db for use with multiple customers. |
The goal is to have categories, contacts, slas etc set on a customer by customer basis. There is even a need to have a customer with several products that are supported under different slas.
So far this is proving very tricky - when we tug one bit something else comes loose. I'm guessing we're not the first to try this? Any help/advice appreciated.
