Hello,

I work for a no-profit organization, fighting against hanger all over the word.

We implemented a new system with new processes and we are looking for a free-ware or very low cost help desk system.

Please find below some of the wanted features:

- open source

- free-ware or very cost

- possibility to ticket numbering

- english language or configurable

- training or content creation easy to perform

- incident management flow covered

- possibility to support 3000 end users

- number of service request/day around 100!!!

- e-mail integration

- possibly, problem management covered

- service request management

- Knowledge management tools

- basic reporting features

Any wonderful idea?????

Sounds like your company supports a wonderful cause. I'll be happy to help:

Spiceworks offers a completely free help desk software tool for IT pros in small to medium businesses, including those in non-profits. You can find all the information about this feature and the other free network management tools at http://www.spiceworks.com/free-help-desk-software/

Good luck!

We are using VisionProject (www.visionproject.se). The good think about that system is that it is combined Project Management System with Helpdesk, Document Management and Time Management. Also, I heard there are some options for a free version of the system.
