Michael Member Apr 8, 2005, 11:46 AM help desk software for a 2 person staffed helpdesk I looking for suggestions for a easy to use, ticket producing, inventory tracking help desk software package to be used in a 2 person help desk in health care environment. Anyone have any suggestions?
