Are there any books out there on heat administration? View sets, edit sets, database schemas, etc.? I'm trying to set up a new "helpdesk" on a system that is already in use by another department, and it's a little confusing trying to see where to start. Is it possible to enter and edit test data in the test forms without "committing" an edit set? Is it possible to see data directly without going through crystal reports? thanks.
