Does anyone know of a ticketing system that would do the following:

1) An email comes into Outlook

2) You right-click on it (or have a new menu) and select 'open ticket'

3) Another related email comes through, you select from a list of open tickets, and add the new email to it

We looked at Outlook Help Desk, but dragging emails into an open ticket makes it impossible to track the sequence of events or to distinguish one email from the next. You just end up with a bunch of little email icons.
