I get the message:
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read template resource: "login.tpl.php" in c:\phpdev\www\cerberus-gui\includes\template-api\Smarty.class.php on line 1043
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? This is a new install and this is as far as I get. The install scripts say all is OK.
