I'm new to this forum but it seems to be pretty good ;)
I am currently implementing AmberCat Help Desk Plus and I cannot find one useful option: I am using the email integration and action can be received directly by email. Unfortunately I cannot find the option to change the Status of a Request when an Action saved from an email is received. Basically that disturbs me because if a Request is closed but the customer is sending an email back few days after, apart from receiving an email that lets me know about it, the request remains Closed.
I am desperate at that stage and I went into every possible option but didn't find anything about it.
