| We are going live next week on the WOS. I am very excited about it as it has been long needed. We are the maintenance department of a large hospital network and many of the hospital employees will be using this. I will be instructing out maintenance controllers, who will be dispatching the work orders, on how to gently guide staff to the site in which work orders are completed.
Do you have any suggestions to those who will have to be dragged kicking and screaming? I am going to let them know the benefits of the system, especially the tracking. However, some are scared to death of computers or are too lazy to do it when all the did in the past was make a phone call. |
