I am currently involved in a project of adopting ITIL guidelines into help and project support. IMonitor is very interesting as a project-oriented tool.
Can please anyone tell me, how billing is resolved. I would need a multiple contracts, hourly rates, and work logs interconnected so my billing department will be able to produce some bills too. Thanks for answers.
