The company I work for is looking at possibly buying your software, but we just have a few questions before we do so. 1. Can our external customers log calls and search the knowledge base using the web module even if they are not on the same domain? I guess the question is, if they have an internet connection can they log calls and search the knowledge base? 2. If we are going to use SQL for our datbase, do we have to order a special package or do we just order the access 2003 version and upgrade from there. 3.
