Pay Per Ticket Helpdesk

I'm looking for a pay-per-ticket helpdesk solution where customers must pay per ticket or optionally pay for a length of time.

There doesn't seem to be any system out there like this that I've been able to find.

Re: [olandir] Pay Per Ticket Helpdesk

Hello,

ReadyDesk allows you to bill your customers at a fixed cost per ticket, a fixed cost per job or at variable rates per job. It doesn't currently allow you to pre-charge for support, but we could probably customize it for you to do that.

Re: [olandir] Pay Per Ticket Helpdesk

I know this is an old post, but I just wanted to add an update for clarification. ReadyDesk has had a "Support Contracts" feature for several versions now that allows you to pre-charge customers for support. You can create multiple contracts to charge for a pre-defined number of tickets and/or chat sessions or for a set block of time and the software will automatically deduct from those blocks when support is provided.
