Internet Edition

Running web version of HelpDesk V2.0
Looking to chat with people who have delivered this across a WAN.
We find that it is taking tens of minutes for users to log Calls across the WAN. Much longer than locally.
Any suggestions ?
I've been looking after our installation for about 2 years so if anyone has questions post them up I'll reply regularly as I think a forum like this is a great way to leverage the knowledge out there :-)
