Guest Anonymous Jul 31, 2001, 11:47 AM Re: royalblue discussion We installed it and ran it for a few month's - what a nightmare We now use SiteHelpDesk - it costs less than Royal Blue's annual maintenance and we had it runing in 10 minutes and the operators (well conversed woith their browser!) needed no training
