I am currently experiencing issues relating to timeouts and slow Reponses with Remedy. The system is architecture with Remedy 4.x on an NT Server connecting across LAN to a very powerful SQL server. Has anyone experienced issues with Remedy like these. I know the current version uses Net Library for communication and 5.X uses oledb. Has anyone found better performance moving to 5.x? My guess would be yes but fishing for ways to push the upgrade forward.
