Queries
1 could not find file attachment features on both customer l and technicians screen. Is the feature available ? what is the max. file size attachment ? what type of file can i attached ?

2. default reports are by type of incoming calls, breakdown ave. call duration, priority listings. Can i customised my reports with different fields ?

3. does it allow for concurrent login using same username and password ?

1. This is coming in the WonderDesk SQL 4.0 version.

2. Yes, you could modify the WonderDesk to give you other reports for other fields. The export to Excel feature will also contain all of your data so you can run reports outside of the WonderDesk.

3. Yes, you can have unlimited simultaneous active users.
