Re: SLA Software

The book "Foundatons of Service Level Management" is very useful for a better SLA managment. Later, my advice, think about any software soluction.

Re: SLA Software

Actually, I work for a software developer, Cyberserv, Inc. (www.cyberserv.com) that designs, develops and builds help desks. Our software helps you determine the service levels for each customer.

If your interested e-mail me bmehnert@cyberserv.com, I can send you a whitepaper on sample SLA agreements

Re: SLA Software

I would take a look at the SLA Toolkit :
http://www.service-level-agreement.net

This includes a template, guide, presentation and other stuff,. The good news though is that you will be able to see pretty quickly whether it is what you want via the screenshots on that site.

Hope this helps.
