Looking for recommendation for software to use for help desk/customer service for a small chain of pool/spa stores. Should have capability of logging usual contact information, type of product, problem, etc. A knowledge base that could be emailed to customers would be appreciated as well. 3-5 users at most, preferably server based so others can view data. Any information would be greatly appreciated. And of course, cheaper is better. |
