Need help finding the right helpdesk Quote | Reply

I just spent several hours going through all the different packages listed here on helpdesks.com, but was unable to find one that is what I'm looking for. I have a computer tech support company - currently just me - but that could expand in the future to include other techs. I support about 25-30 companies, each with any where from 2-30 computers. I'd like something where each company would have access either via the web or email to submit helpdesk tickets, and check status of their tickets and assets - but not be able to see other companies tickets/assets. I also would need some type of asset management capability - something where I could enter in the id number of the computer and call up a report of all the problems, upgrades, etc. of the lifetime of that computer. A bonus would be a PDA module where I could access/enter information on the road - perhaps even with a barcode scanner. I'd prefer something that has a one time cost of less than $500 (free would be a huge bonus). I prefer not to have monthly costs. I have access to a web server with database capabilities.

Schenley,

Clarion Data Systems is now offering 24/7 lvl 1 helpdesk support for as low as 24.99/workstation. The more workstations you sign up for the lower the price. Please give me a call or email and I can offer you agressive pricing.
