Hello I work for a small software company and we daily receive about 30 messages daily on our support email. We would like to process them on a totally web based support system that must have the possibility of adding preset answers (most of the question always have the same answer so we would like to, with a simple mouse click, reply to an email, based on a pre-defined list of answers).
