Currently we are using Support Magic to support more than one client. Is there a way to filter subject tree's using the clientID field or the clientID field with another field? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
You can do this by using the Segregation tools in DBAdmin. I haven't used this for subjects but have for inactive clients. It works relatively well how we've used it. But every time we create a group, we have to take the system down to update the segregation views in DBAdmin.
