Hi All i am looking for email ticketing software which can handle below requirements, Requirements are as follows: 1. Ticket with unique id and track all incoming and outgoing correspondence with our shoppers 2. Prioritise emails and Email Templates 3. Manage Turnaround/response time 4. Reporting on response time, total emails, etc. 5. Better monitoring of the quality of correspondence with shoppers 6. Ensure all email can be tracked and nothing overlooked/deleted 7. Archiving of email 8. Ability to create and use response templates 9. Possible user level restrictions 10.Something that’s quick to use 11.Ability to include and receive attachments 12.Ability to include receive screenshots 13.Support and ease of use Your quick response is much appreciated.
