I have just recently installed Magic TSD 7.0 on a Windows 2000 platform and it is wonderful. The new business rules beat out the escalation server hands down. I have HP Openview automatically opening tickets via email and directing them to the appropriate staff members to take care of. End users can automatically open a ticket via an email and can search the knowledge base of all existing tickets as well as third part info, word docs, etc. I researched many help desk software prior to getting this one, and I am very happy with the decision. |
