The product currently supports any HTML 3.2 compliant PDA. Devices such as RIM BlackBerry 850/857/950/957, iPAQs etc. All you need is a browser on the device and wireless network connectivity.
The browser interface is a realtime data access and update. This allows your mobile sales and support team to be functional all the time regardless of where they are.
If your PDA only supports wireless E-mail, IncidentMonitor provides you the capability to manage your service requests via E-mail messages.
