I have a corporate customer that is trying to use " Magic Solutions Help" version 4.03 and is running into some problems. One of these has ben posted by someone else. It involves a "ding" when the "E" key is used. Is this a known problem? Is there any other issues with Windows 2000 and this product ? Does the latest version work better ?

SM 4.03 is about 4 years old and no longer support.
there have been numerous revisions since then.
The current version, 7.0 is certified on Windows2000.
