Welcome to the c.Support for Lotus Notes and Domino forum. I hope you will use this space to tell us what you like, and don't like about our product!

What I don't like about c.Support for Notes is that it is highly improbable to install a fully functional working copy without calling for tech support due to incorrect or missing documentation. It is frustrating to receive different solutions to the same issue, neither which fully resolve the issue from tech support.

This is my opinion and is not a reflection of the company I work for.

I am sorry that you have had a negative experience. When we ship new product we require our QA department to do a clean install following the documentation step by step. If anything breaks during that process we rewrite until it is correct. I am curious which version you are referring to. Early versions (pre 7.x) did have documentation that is not as robust as what we have today. If there is something out right missing from the documentation please let us know and we will be sure it is addressed.

I would be happy to learn more about your experiences with tech support as well. With the complexity of our features set it is possible to attack problems from multiple paths. However if something does not work then we will continue to work with you until it does.
