Hello, I'm looking for Helpdesk software/Email tracking software that will let our sales reps and techs respond to the tickets with MSOutlook so they can have use of the built in spell checker, etc. We have tried Answertrack as a solution which does this but there where some bugs that we cant get resolved thats forceing us to look at another solution. Does anyone know of any helpdesk s/w that will let us reply to a ticket with outlook??

Applied Innovation Managements helpdesk works with Outlook (integrated) and also the system comes in with a spell checker already built in which makes it even more simpler to use the tool. Go to http://www.innovate.com and check the system out.
