Does anyone know of a help desk that allows the use of multiple front ends for ticket submission? I am a webhost and would like to start offering a Reseller program with anonymous support. Basically the back end would be the same for each host and the emails would all go to my tech and admin staff. However I would like to be able to offer each Reseller their own customizable front end to keep my company completely anonymous but offer support also. Is there any Help Desk software that will allow me to do this??
