Hello,
I was wondering if anybody else is using the TouchPaper HelpDesk product line. I have been working with this tool for almost 2 years and am the Server and workstation administrator. In the past three revisions that I have installed, along with multiple workstation installations, I have never had one load correctly and without much tweeking and gnashing of teeth. Has anyone out there used this and not had problems with it? If so, I would like to find out what your setup and process is.
This tool has a lot of potential, but the support and administration of it are a nightmare, or is it just me...
