Best service I found yet!

I started my own online dating website back in 2000 (http://www.globalrelationship.com) and as my site grew so did the customer support. I used to use my email account to handle the customers issues.

Some of the problems I had using my email was anytime the email box got full the customers messages will bounce back to them. Also its very difficult to manage all the incoming issues, for example, some issues are more critical then others, some issues are identical to issues I already answered in the past, and so on. Not to mention I had to change my email account at least two times because someone would put it on a spam list.

As my business grew I hired a couple of support guys to handle my customer issues. I had them both using the same email account beacuse it was the main support email from my website. This quickly turned into a nightmare because they where overlapping each others support issues.

I looked at my competitors to see how they where handling their support and I noticed that none of them where using email. They all had a support page for the customer to fill out and submit. The customer could actually designate a priority for their issue and even track the progress of their issue.

Boy, that made my website look outdated and ancient. I started to investigate into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and realized that a good portion of my revenue would have to go towards using a CRM system. By 2003 I had used three different CRM before I finally found the right one.

Actually a friend of mine told me about AI-Reply. At first I laughed at her and told her there is no way this can replace my two thousand dollar service. I never really considered them until my CRM announced they where going to raise the price by another two hundred dollars. I figured I don’t have much to loose so I tried them out and that was probably the best thing I could ever do for my business.

The purpose of me writing this testimonial is to save other website owners hours of frustration and years of profit loss from using the wrong CRM systems. If you’re still not sure about AI-Reply, do what I did and find out the hard way.
