A new piece of software has been released by Network Associates called Magic Service Desk. It's a web-based, help-desk product that helps keep track of employees within a business and can help automate various business tasks. The software only needs to be installed on one machine, a server, and then an employee can access the product anywhere with a computer that's got access to the Internet.
