Software for non IT company Quote | Reply

Looking for recommendation for software to use for help desk/customer service for a small chain of pool/spa stores. Should have capability of logging usual contact information, type of product, problem, etc. A knowledge base that could be emailed to customers would be appreciated as well. 3-5 users at most, preferably server based so others can view data. Any information would be greatly appreciated. And of course, cheaper is better.

Hi there,

I recommend ieSupportManager. It is very customizable and it is used in a variety of industrial sectors. Parameters are customizable and so too is every label on every screen.

To give you an idea of its flexibility, it is currently being used in a large medical company to record and track issues that occur during experiments in the labratory.

It is very competively priced and you can try before you buy by downloading an evaluation copy from www.iecomputersystems.ie

Kind Regards

Help Desk Software Australia has a good software product which is easy to use and contains basic logging and has a knowledge base area.
