Hello All

I'm a Datamatica student, who is part of a group of 3 students, doing our final semester project. We are involved in the set-up and development of a new content management/Intranet system, which will initially address the company’s home-based communications and information sharing issues and later be developed to include its global partners. For the project we will use MS SharePoint Portal Server(SPPS) product to build the system (These are the specs of the project). For the project we would also like to look into other tools that provide similar feature. Being total novices with the e11 helpdesk software (We have just sign up to the free 15 day demo) we are wondering if there are many similarities between SPPS and e11. Unfortunately due to time constraints on the project we cannot get into great details of the features of e11 in order to make in depth comparisons of the 2 tools. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
