Support Wizard and MS SQL Quote | Reply

We purchased a help desk tool that was supposed to be easy to iterface with our current MSSQL database, 2 months later it is still not integrated.

Can we take our database of over 30,000 contacts and configure SupportWizard to use this database for user login and personnal information? Also can it link tickets to multiple email addresses, that is if a user has a home and office email can they use both emails and Support Wizard can link it to the same user?

Thanks

Yes, you can import your existing users directly into SupportWizard, or if they exist in an Active Directory/LDAP database, you can connect to it from SupportWizard and Active Directory users are treated exactly like regular users.

Incidentally, SupportWizard runs against MS SQL as well as MySQL and Oracle.
