We're a school district with a small budget to be spent this month on helpdesk. Can anyone tell me whats available in the $2000 range that is web based, accepts email and web requests, and is easy to use. 4 techs and 300 pc's to support.

www.helpdesksoftware.com.au has a good help desk package with discounts for educational institutions.
