Hello,

I'm testing the PC duo enterprise

But i need to know how i can make a personalize list of problem selection.

If i make custom list of problem area like hardware

how can i make a personalize list of hardware problem, that when i select the hardware problem area only showed a hardware problem list or if i make other problem area like software, so on

i hope to someone understand me my and my problem my native language is the spanish"
