I work for a retail organisation with a IT Dept. of 8 persons providing support for ~ 180 PC users ( in a Windows environment) and 21 retail store locations - btw we use Lotus Domino/Notes for email running on a Linux server. We are looking for a help desk system that would provide both support for the IT related calls and also the retail customer calls. The system must be easy to use, easy to install as we're located in the Caribbean and also be able to be accessed over the net.
