1 POP3 account, multiple CSRs, possible?

This is what I'm looking for and am not sure which software packages I should consider .. I've got 2-4 customer service agents that I need to handle about 200 emails/day that come to a single POP3 account. I'd like all 4 agents to work on the emails at the same time and using something as simple as Outlook Express is not going to work for 4 people. Is there a networkable customer service package which would allow all 4 to work on the emails, and maintain a single inbox, outbox so they can all see the replies sent by them and see which emails have been replied to, etc. All the machines are PCs running XP. So something networkable should work well. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. |
