I am looking for some SW which will work for my environment. I have external clients whom purphase support contracts (may be blocks of time, may be incident based, may be T&M)

I need to be able to log a ticket, associate it with a client, provide ability to generate reports on the client tickets and balance of support time.

The SW would have to run on Microsoft platform. It can be web-based or both web-based and client\server based. I run SQL in the environment, so I can add that to my available resources of prerequesites

Asset management would be nice as would integration with Quickbooks for billing.



Anyone know of such a SW package?

Hi ,

There is a product called ieSupportManager that will do all of that for you. Even the integration side of it could be worked out. It is not an expensive product either.
