I'm looking for a Help Desk tool that provides resource tracking. We need to be able to assign tickets to a technician based on their schedule. There should be multiple ways to prevent assigning a ticket to someone based on their schedule such as Busy, PTO, etc.

Does anyone know of such a tool?
