I am looking for a solution for my small (1 tech) company.

I would like a web based app that will allow a customer to request service from from a calender of available time slots (open days and times pre-defined by me). In other words, the customer logs in to site and schedules a time block that is available and is convenient for them.

I am also wondering if any of the helpdesk apps have integrated feature for remote desktop connection with the customer. I would like the capability to connect to the customers pc and fix their problem. It would be nice if the software tracks the times for billing invoice.
