I am looking for a solution for my small (1 tech) company. I would like a web based app that will allow a customer to request service from from a calender of available time slots (open days and times pre-defined by me). In other words, the customer logs in to site and schedules a time block that is available and is convenient for them. I am also wondering if any of the helpdesk apps have integrated feature for remote desktop connection with the customer. I would like the capability to connect to the customers pc and fix their problem. It would be nice if the software tracks the times for billing invoice. thanks in advance cedric |
