1 could not find file attachment features on both customer l and technicians screen. Is the feature available ? what is the max. file size attachment ? what type of file can i attached ? |
2. default reports are by type of incoming calls, breakdown ave. call duration, priority listings. Can i customised my reports with different fields ?
3. does it allow for concurrent login using same username and password ?
