Configuring responses Quote | Reply

When replying to emails my salutation and signature is placed above the customer email. But the standard replies are placed at the bottom.
Is there a way to configure it so that salutation, standard reply and signature is placed above the customers email?

Hope to find some help here for OTRS, if you know of other resources for OTRS help please add it here too thank you.
