Dean,

We are looking at either installing our own system or a hosted on such as yours.

We have a couple of needs over and above that I want to ask about.



1) Can your billing handle one minute increments?

2) Can you support multiple accounts for support? By this I mean that we will be reselling our technical support helpdesk services through resellers where we act as their call center. Our ACD software support us so that we can answer with their name, but the help desk software we choose must enable us to have an account for each reseller with sub-accounts for each of their customer and to bill accordingly as well has keep each of their users info seperate for both privacy and reporting needs

3) Can info from your system be exported to programs like Excel and/or Crystal Reports for further manipulation and reporting?

4) Can the billing info be extracted in such a was as to be importing into QuickBooks?
