Help With Business Rule - Create Call From EMail

I have started experiencing a problem with Helpdesk IQ. Specifically we've had the built-in business rule running for some months quite successfully. E-mails come in, a call gets created with our default Category ('Support Call'), and its status is set to 'Unallocated'. Unfortunately a week ago the process appears to have become corrupted. New e-mails are still creating calls, but the category, the status, and the subject of the e-mail are all blank.
Does anybody have any idea of what could be causing this, and more importantly, any possible solutions? Thanks in advance for any assistance give.
