I am new to this company and although I am not a Help Desk Technician they want my advise on making theirs better. I am putting together software they need to get for the help desk and we have the licence for everything we need already but a call management software. I asked the Help desk manager how many calls they receive per day and he couldn't tell me. I am looking for a software that will put a call in a que and tell how long it takes fro someone to answer the call. it also needs to tell us how many calls were missed.
