I represent a school district that has been using AI-Reply's help desk software for 5 months. Since January 1 2007 we have not been able to look at tickets closed since January1, 2007 because their drop down year box only goes to 2006. The same problem occurs with their reports in that the year selection is just to 2006.

I have tried their normal contact process within the software but nobody replys. If you have a phone number for the company I would appreciate it. Are there other users having the same experience?
