We bought SupportWizard a couple of months ago, when the company was promising that they would have support for LDAP and Active Directory within a week or two. We were sceptical and we really wanted a program that would use Active Directory. They promised they would help us to get it working and told us we could wait to pay the invoice until they had proven it, so we took a chance.

We're very glad we did. They not only delivered the new release on time, but also assisted us in setting it up at no charge. Their customer support reps have been great and very patient with us as we've asked for advice on the best way to configure everything in the system. It's a really neat program with more features than we even realized when we bought it, and we haven't had a single problem since we went live. Our customers have been making great use of our new FAQs and our helpdesk staff are finding SupportWizard very easy to use. I just wish there were more products like this out there!
